Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a government initiative in Malaysia that was introduced to attract foreigners to live and retire in the country. It was established in 2002 by the Malaysian government to promote Malaysia as a destination for long-term stays by foreign nationals. MM2H offers a range of benefits and incentives to encourage expatriates to make Malaysia their Second Home.

MM2H FEATURES
The MM2H provides a 20-years approval, for the Platinum category applicant, with the option to renew every 20 years.
The MM2H provides a 10-year
approval for the Special Economic / Financial Zone category applicant, with the option to renew every 10
years.
MM2H has earned a reputation for its remarkable high approval rate.
Participants can buy homes in Malaysia, with an MM2H visa increasing approval and loans.
The MM2H provides a 15-year approval for the Gold category applicant, with the option to renew every 15 years.
Tax exemption is given to
MM2H fixed deposit remited
into Malaysia.
The applicant in Platinum Category is permitted to conduct business and work in
Malaysia.
Money Invested in the form of Fixed Deposits under the applicants name and earning interest as well.
The MM2H provides a 5-year
approval for the Silver category
applicant, with the option to
renew every 5 years.
Mm2H offers visa flexibility in West Malaysia without location mandates or reporting.
Applicants can include spouse, unmarried children below age 34, parents, and parent-in-law as dependents.
Applicant in platinum category can apply for one maid following Immigration Department guidelines.

All you have to do is to appoint MY IDEAL 2ND HOME as your official consultant and sponsor.

The principal should gather the required documents and send them to MY IDEAL 2ND HOMEfor a preliminary assessment

MY IDEAL 2ND HOME will proceed with the submission of the MM2H application to the Immigration Department for further processing.

Application to arrive in Malaysia
Opening a bank account in Malaysia and place a fixed deposit
Perform a medical check up
Purchase health insurance (Only applicable to applicants below the age of 60)
